Currently working on a new WordPress theme
Working on a new subtle WordPress theme called… well you guessed it, fSubtle. It will be released in a few days, just give some time to finish it of by testing it and polish.
Update: fSubtle is now released and can be downloaded.
WordPress comment spam stopper plugin
Recently I’ve got a fairly good amount of spam from my comments and it takes some serious time to moderate all this so… I am currently working on a plugin for WordPress for stopping spam in comments.
This is achieved by having a “security image” with random text for the writer to enter. I’m sure you all have seen this concept in forums and registration forms on the web. However I haven’t seen a good plugin for this so I’ll give it a shot.
Update 1: I have made this plugin usable but the installation is a pain in the butt. Right now it involves editing WP-files and that’s not desirable. I will continue and try to find a better way.
Update 2: I was told at the WordPress support forum that there already exists numerous plugins of this kind, so I’ll just give it up
Running Mac OS X Tiger on x86
Running Tiger on an Intel machine is now possible, even to dual boot Win XP and Tiger. For you who are interested of trying this here follow a short tutorial.

Apple product updates
It looks as if Apple is going to get even more marked share with their new iPod 5G, capable of playing videos. And as Apple says:
We went from portable music to portable videos just over night.
Will you buy this or not?. Well I just bought a iPod Nano and I am quite satisfied but I can not l hide from the fact that it doesn’t play videos. Maybe I do need another iPod (my third). Well done Apple this is a real stunner. Also the new iMac G5 with Front Row entertainment system for managing your media via a remote control, as if you aren’t sitting at you computer while working.
Anyway these are great product updates, so all I have to do now is buy me an Apple.
fMoblog version 1.4 released
The new version fMoblog is now released with an additional fetaure. You can now include an image from the fMoblog directory directly in a post. Thanks to Brian for making this suggestion in a comment.
You can also specify what aligment the image should have. The images are not clickable, they are only for decoration purposes only. So just go grab a copy and enjoy the full potential of moblogging…
f3Green a 3-columns wp theme
Kathryn made a suggestion the other day, “will there be a fGreen with three columns?”. Since she asked so nicley and I thought it was a great idea I did made a 3-column version of my fGreen theme. However this theme is not tested too much so I would preciate some debugging info if you choose to use it.
Anyway it’s available for download at the WordPress theme page. And as always, please feel free to change and tweak my themes as much as you like, but please let the credit in the footer remain unchanged. And I would like to see your finished website when your done tweaking so please send me a link.
